Most of our artists make their own organic and natural henna. If they do not, they only use trusted brands that are known for sourcing their henna naturally, as well.
We have some of the best henna artists available to us for your events. Not only are their talents top-notch, but they have had enough experience to make them quick at what they do.
Please reach us at vicki@baltzellentertainment.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Each henna artist has their own pictures of their work and examples to choose from at your event. Because everyone's experience level and specialties vary, we cannot tell you exactly what options will be available until you book your event and we assign an artist to it.
The length of time your henna tattoo will last depends on many factors. Typically, if you care for your henna well, it should last for up to two weeks. During the first day or two, it slowly gets darker on your skin. It becomes darkest at about days 3-4, and will slowly fade as time goes on and it wears off.
You will be told the best way to care for your henna when your artist is with you. Basically, let it dry completely after it is applied. The top layer of henna will start to peel and flake away as it dries. Let it do this on it's own for best results. If you have to scrape it off, do so gently and with your fingernails or something that will not scratch the surface of your skin. The next day, make sure to moisturize the area. Try to avoid washing the area intensely or spending too much time in a pool or hottub. This should help you get the most our of your henna tattoo.
